Hi there. Destini here, and I'm super excited to chat with you today about our topic. And what we're gonna be going over is using custom chatbots in your business to help your students and clients get amazing results. I taught a free workshop last week, and in this workshop, I went through some use case scenarios and ways that you can use custom in ways that you can use these custom chatbots in your business. Now the first way now the first use case that I want to go over with you is how to use a chatbot to spice up your lead magnets. So think about ways that you can turn those static PDFs into interactive experiences. So I want you to imagine a chatbot that's like a personal guide helping folks put your lead magnet strategies directly into action. Or how about a chatbot that gets to know your leads and points them to your best stuff that will knock their socks off? Now I wanna talk about 2 specific scenarios.

1, that I have used a custom chatbot in our HobbyScool brand and how I used it, and then one that I have worked with a client on. Now the first one is in HobbyScool, and what I did there was use or develop, I should say, I developed a custom chatbot to help the end user. I developed a custom chatbot to help people as they were going through one of our PDFs, which was a Halloween costume planner. So we're in the month of October and in some of our latest newsletters we've been touching upon Halloween. So one of the products that we had in our featured product section in our newsletter was a Halloween costume planner. So a simple PDF where they can go in and just basically plan their Halloween costume. But the challenge is a lot of people need help brainstorming what kind of Halloween character they want to dress up as, then they need help designing that costume. They need to know what supplies and tools they need to create that costume.

They need to know the step by step process to actually put that costume together, And then they might even need help with other things like makeup. Like, say, they were a zombie or they were doing some type of zombie costume. They might need to know the step by step process to put on their zombie makeup or their vampire makeup. So lots of opportunities there. So what I did was design a custom chatbot that is almost as if they have a costume designer sitting right next to them as they are going through and planning out their Halloween costume. How cool was that? So the people that we had that purchased this particular Halloween costume planner, they got it. They're like, oh my gosh. This is amazing.

We've never had anything like this. So it's such a cool differentiator. The other, project that I have worked on was with a client. Now this particular client, she helps vacation rental owners market their vacation rental, whether they're, like, marketing it on Airbnb or maybe even direct to the consumer. So that's what she does, and she has a lead magnet that's called the perfect she has a lead magnet that is called the perfect guest avatar. So this is like a workbook that walks them through creating their perfect guest and describing their perfect guest. Now she also has a tripwire on the back end of this that has some private podcast episodes that helps people kinda go through this PDF, but she also wanted to put together a custom chatbot so it was like she was sitting right next to them as they were going through and filling out this particular workbook. So we were able to upload her knowledge base and, the information that she has in her, you know we were able to upload her knowledge base into the custom chatbot, And, really, as somebody was going through it, it is really just like she is sitting right next to them in the seat, helping them go through and fill out this perfect guest avatar.

How cool is that? Now the next use case that we talked about in this, workshop that I did was using a custom chatbot to be the ultimate course buddy. So basically keeping your students on track and getting through the course anytime they get stuck you have a custom chatbot that's like a 24 by 7 AI teaching assistance that's all always there ready to clear up any course confusion. Or think about checkpoints where you can put a custom chatbot in there that gives your students personalized high fives, that gives your students personalized high fives, or maybe even some gentle nudges on key concepts. The other use case that we talked about in the workshop was using a custom chatbot as a welcome wagon for your membership site. So think about it this way. You have a new member. They just signed up with you. They are super excited to get started.

You could have a custom chatbot there that really gets personal and based on, you know, how they answer the questions that particular chatbot could point them to specific resources that you have in your membership so they can get started right away in specific areas to help them get through the transformation faster. You could also have a chatbot that's there to answer, you know, quick questions like, how do I do x? You know, those type of questions that always pop up when you have a new member. The next use case that we talked about was using a custom chatbot to be a membership engagement booster. So we know if you ever had a membership, you know that you're just gonna have members that disappear or ghost you. And you re that you you really wanna, you know, have a way to bring them back in, give them some personalized content suggestions based on, you know, what they're trying to achieve. You can even throw out some fun challenges or quick wins to get them fired up again. If you are a coach or even a service provider, think about how you can use custom chatbots to onboard new coaching clients, or maybe you're a service provider. Think about how you could use something like that to onboard a new client that you're going to be working 1 on 1 with.

So those are some of the use cases that you can start thinking about as you are looking to add these custom chatbots into your business to help your students and clients get bigger and better results and also to differentiate yourself in the marketplace.
