Welcome back to our series where we're talking all about Evergreen sales funnel and we are in episode 116 where I'm going to walk you through what tech is needed to set up your Evergreen webinar funnel. Now, if you haven't grabbed it already, I want you to grab your profitable Evergreen sales funnel planner and in this planner in Appendix C.

They have all of these tools listed and I go in a little bit more detail there. So if you haven't grabbed your planner, definitely do that. I will put the link for it in the show notes. Now. My number one recommended tool for an Evergreen webinar funnel is webinar kit. Now I love and use webinar kit for my Evergreen webinars. It is simple to set up and I can upload a new Evergreen.

Webinar in just a matter of a few minutes now, webinar kit will host your webinar registration page, your thank you page, your replay page. So all of that is hosted in their system. They also have some detailed analytics so you can pull data, you know, basically the data that you need to analyze. So you know the conversion rate of your landing page, your webinar attendance rate, the average time and webinar, and they have a.

Son of analytics in there for you. So with webinar kit you can have an automated recording to live like type just in time webinar funnel. The best thing that I love about webinar kit.

And this is at the time that I'm recording this is they have a special one time pricing so you don't have to do a monthly subscription for it. So they have a limited time offer, a one time pricing so you can just pay for it and you have it forever so you don't have to have that monthly subscription fee. Now the other thing that I have in the planner, so if you grab it in the appendix I have.

Free training in there for you where you can watch me watch me set up an Evergreen webinar in webinar kit in just a few short minutes I think, and I don't remember exactly, but I think I did it within like 15 to 20 minutes. So super super simple. So my next recommended tool.

For an Evergreen sales funnel is convert kit. So in your Evergreen sales funnel you need an e-mail service provider that handles tags and automation so you can continue to reach out to your new lead until your cart closes. Now I've tried other e-mail service providers but I keep coming back to convert kit, so if you're just starting out they have.

Low cost.

Monthly subscription plan for you that you can kind of you know, test it out and see if you think it will work for you. But hands down convert kit is the e-mail service provider that I recommend for Evergreen sales funnels and I do have a link where you can get a free trial and just play around with it. Now the third recommended tool which we talked about in this Evergreen series.

Here is deadline funnels. So you know if you've been around with me at any time, you know that a deadline will increase your conversion in your Evergreen sales funnel. So putting that deadline in there, you're going to see higher sales because if you don't give people a deadline, they are not going to make a decision. And we know also from our previous podcast episodes.

But you can do this authentically and ethically with deadline funnels because it's a software that works along with your e-mail service provider like convert kit and your sales funnel builder. So whatever you're using in your sales funnel, it's going to track those leads going through your sales funnels. And once they've hit that deadline, they won't be able to purchase that offer that you had.

Maybe it is a lower price offer you can still allow them to purchase, but maybe the price is higher. Maybe they won't get that bonus that you promised them if they had purchased by the deadline. So deadline funnels will, you know, make it sure that everything runs smoothly in your Evergreen sales funnel and keep your sales funnel. You know your promises and your sales funnel. I should say authentic and ethically. And I do have a free trial.

Also for deadline funnel which I will put the link for that in the show notes. Now my 4th recommended tool is a social proof tool. Now you can put this tool on your landing pages like for your registration page for your free lead magnet and it will basically say you know Jim recently registered for the webinar or Jim recently signed up for whatever tool that you have.

And that really just lets your landing page visitor know that his or her peers trust what you're doing. So it's giving you that social proof there. You can also put it on your sales pages, so maybe if you have a trip wire.

Sales page. You put that social proof on there, it will show other people, OK, other people are buying this, so they trust her or they trust him. And the tool that I recommend for this is provenly dot IO. Now moving on, my recommended tool which we talked so much about this throughout this series is Jasper, so I highly recommend using.

An AI rider like Jasper, you can use it for your landing pages, you can use it for your sales page, your e-mail copy. You know, I use it for other things even like writing blog post, podcast show notes, I mean social media captions, website copy. I mean there's so much that you can use and AI rider like Jasper for and it you know, if you don't have the money to like, hire A copywriter for your sales page.

You're gonna need help, so you're gonna need a tool like Jasper. So moving on. My 6, my last recommended tool for your Evergreen sales funnel is a landing page builder like lead pages. So you know, I've talked about it in the past. These templates, these landing pages have been proven to convert. They have been designed perfectly.

To get people who are visiting that land landing page to sign up, put their name in, their e-mail address in and move it on. You can even put your sales page in Laney Pages so you can you can use Laney page builder like lead pages for a bunch of different things. Now if you go to leave pages, there's a lot of different templates for you. There's webinar templates. 5 day challenge is templates, ebook templates, PDF video series. I mean there's tons of tons of templates.

For you there.

So there you go. There are those are my 6 recommended tools for setting up your Evergreen webinar sales funnel. Now, a couple other things I just want to mention here. Grab your planner. Uh, particular tools, but a lot of them are super, super easy to set up.
